Product Description
Our WPC is made of 65% hardwood fiber, 35% HDPE and addictives. What is more, all of wood fiber and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) are recycled. We synthesize this material under condition of high pressure and high temperature. For our WPC is composite, we put addictives in it which include UV stabilizer, coupling reagent, preservative, strength flexibility addictive, and ect.
It is long last material that can stand the weathering of harsh conditions.
It is protected against mold and mildew, UV, water and will not rot or fade or cracking and splintering.
It is guaranteed to keep its beauty for 20 years to come.
The product is easy to work with. All standard woodworking tools work well on WPC, such as saws screws and nails. Also it is good dimension and color stability, excellent strength to weight ratio.
Our WPC profiles stronger than plastic, but maintain the same manufacturable property to be made to many different profiles.
The profile possess the characteristics of wood and have natural wood feeling and friendly to the environment. The products have no formaldehyde release, recycling 100%, no pollution to soil and ground water.e the perfect goal.
